Checking on the Status of an Order
When an order is placed you will receive an order reference number. Please feel free to visit our guest order tracking page. Input the order number you were given and your email to receive immediate updates. If there is no current information please call 1-888-225-9880 and speak to a sales representative. Alternatively you can log into your account and receive tracking for you order from there.
Most orders are filled and shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment. We use UPS and FedEx as our primary delivery services, however other carriers may be requested. Though we strive to honor your requests, we reserve the right to change the shipping carrier if needed.
When free freight is offered it will be based on FedEx's Ground shipping rate/schedule within the Continental U.S. You can expedite your delivery, but you must pay the difference (i.e., added expense.)
A handling charge of $10.00 will be added to all orders under $35.00. Other surcharges may be added to the carrier's published shipping rates.
Orders being delivered outside of the U.S. or its territories may incur additional charges and/or delays. Our company, Lamination Plus, is not responsible for any delays, customs, duties, import, surcharges, and/or any other taxes and fees -- imposed by your country. However, we will make every effort to facilitate a smooth transition and delivery. Please check with us before your order is placed if you have any questions concerning these items.
Our experience has shown that certain items have a tendency to get damaged in shipping. To insure a safe delivery, we require them to be shipped on a pallet. An additional shipping charge (pallet charge) is listed on the web under the item if it's applicable.
Some customers do not wish to pay this fee. To accommodate them, we ask them to submit a signed request absolving Lamination Plus from any and all liability regarding shipping. They must also pre-pay their order in full by wire transfer. Then, and only then, will we ship their item -- any way they want.
Rates / Shipping Charge
Appropriate shipping charges will be added to each order. Shipping charges may include a surcharge . All orders over 150 lbs. will be quoted and shipped on the least expensive common carrier (truck) that's available, unless requested otherwise.
Truck / Common Carrier
Many items cannot ship by UPS, FedEx, etc. We have attempted to identify these products and have posted notices on the particular product's web page. Therefore, unless specifically requested, we will ship the best way (i.e., the least expensive common carrier for the value) that we can find.
A surcharge to cover miscellaneous shipping, handling, and insurance charges may be added to your shipping cost.
DO NOT sign the delivery receipt...until you have inspected the shipment for any physical damage!
Packages leave our warehouse in good condition. If you sign for the packages without properly noting damages, we will not accept responsibility for the goods you accept!
Do not limit your ability to collect damage claims. Refuse shipment or make exceptions such as: "Subject to Inspection." This MUST be noted on driver's paperwork!
