Limited Warranty

Lamination Plus warrants all SX-2, SX-4, and SX-6 photo ID cameras to be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal use for a period of THREE YEARS after the date of purchase.

Lamination Plus warrants all DX-2, DX-4, and DX-6 photo ID cameras to be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal use for a period of FIVE YEARS after the date of purchase.

Any product that fails to meet this express warranty during the relevant warranty period will, at Lamination Plus' option, be repaired or replaced at no additional charge, except as set forth below. Lamination Plus may elect to replace defective products with new or factory reconditioned products. Lamination Plus will utilize only new or factory reconditioned components in the performance of warranty repairs.

You are responsible for shipping costs to Lamination Plus. A receipt of purchase or other proof of the date of purchase may be required before any warranty service can be performed. Lamination Plus will bear the cost of shipping back to you, by FedEx Ground service, only within the 48 Continental states. You are responsible for all shipping costs not within the 48 Continental states. Lamination Plus will repair or replace any defective product within three business days after receipt of such product, except under conditions not within Lamination Plus' control.

This warranty is contingent upon normal and proper use of the product and does not cover damage which occurs in shipment, or damage or failure resulting in whole or in part from alteration, unusual physical or electrical stress, misuse, attachment or installation of or use of the equipment with any part, device, or product not approved by Lamination Plus.

This warranty also does not cover damage due to failure to follow the most current instructions published by Lamination Plus with respect to proper use of the product, abuse, neglect, fire, accident, flood, act of God, improper installation, or improper maintenance, or any defect or error in any hardware, peripheral device or software other than the product covered by this warranty.

This warranty does not cover a product on which the original identification marks or serial numbers have been removed or altered. Cosmetic damage is not covered under this warranty.

Lamination Plus' obligation to repair or replace any product which fails to meet the express warranty set forth above shall be the sole and exclusive remedy for a breach of such warranty.

THE ABOVE EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE SOLE WARRANTY MADE BY LAMINATION PLUS. WITH RESPECT TO THE EQUIPMENT AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES BY LAMINATION PLUS EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL LAMINATION PLUS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE SALE, DELIVERY, USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF LAMINATION PLUS IS APPRISED OF THE LIKELIHOOD OF SUCH DAMAGES OCCURRING. IN NO EVENT SHALL LAMINATION PLUS LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.

Lamination Plus, Inc. is under no circumstances liable for the cost of any wasted film due to a malfunctioning camera. Some states or countries do not allow for the exclusion of consequential damages or the limitation of the implied warranties so the above exclusion may not be applicable to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or country to country.

Lamination Plus, Inc. sells all products through authorized dealers and distributors. If a problem with this product develops during the warranty period, contact the dealer or distributor from which you purchased the product. The dealer or distributor will instruct you on returning the product for repair. Many problems are due to poor user maintenance and can be quickly resolved by the dealer or distributor.
