Continua Automatic Mail Bagging System

The Continua is a completely automatic horizontal packaging machine, extremely compact and with an innovative sealing system. The products, placed within suitably adjusted side guides, are driven into a forming box by a couple of pushers, while the central sealing is carried out by a heated wheel. The film wrapping the products runs on a loose conveyor belt driven by two pliers that, through an alternate movement, seal and cut the film transversally. Bags are then ejected through an opening at the end of the machine.

The Continua is not just a mailing machine. It can be coupled with a shrinking tunnel and fitted with an electrostatic sealing device for better-looking central sealing. Package CD's, videotapes, boxes, sweets, parts, table-cloths, frames, folders, books, gadgets, videogames, notebooks, wallets, prints, traffic signals, linen, gifts.
